Why I Began My Practice

In my personal and professional life, I noticed intelligent, talented humans go without support and understanding as children, adolescents, and adults. Those who had been diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or both had received the message that there was something wrong with them. This message tended to result in some combination of anxiety, depression, social isolation, and/or self-doubt about their worth and abilities. I wanted to create a coaching practice to address practical concerns, decrease stress and anxiety, increase self-confidence, and help people feel valued for who they are.

“Jennifer has been a kind and supportive coach just when I needed it most. She listens deeply, and reflects from a place of compassion. Through my work with her I’ve been able to be kinder to myself and listen to myself more, which is a real gift.”

About

Master Coach

For more than 30 years, I have supported people in being who they are. I am deeply rooted in the belief that we can trust our instincts and figure out what we need and what works best for us. I have acquired a depth of knowledge over the course of my career and have the real life experience to back it up.

I’ve personally experienced how powerful and life changing coaching can be. Receiving the support of a great coach made a significant difference for me in general and as a mom, partner, and professional. As a coach, I’ve witnessed the self-confidence, healing, and peace that can come when people begin to feel capable, empowered, and clear about what works best for them.
